Four years ago CG purchased a faded red automatic 318is from a customer. It wasn’t in great shape and needed a ton of mechanical work but CG Motorsports had big plans for this car. Over the next four years, it would transform into the ultimate E36 chassis.
Everyone at CG was involved in this project which took hundreds of man hours to complete. We gave it a unique wide body kit, special metallic paint and some deep dish rims to finish it off. The body work was done by the fine folks at Bismarc collision.
So what does it feel like to drive the ultimate E36 chassis? Let’s just say it drives as good as it looks.
